Notice of Filing Deadlines and Elections
General Election November 2, 2010
I, Cathy Pavel, Holt County Clerk hereby give notice of the offices to be filled by election that will appear on the 2010 General Election Ballot in Holt County, Nebraska.  Notice is also given that the filing deadlines for such offices are July 15, 2010 at 4:30 p.m. for incumbents and August 2, 2010 at 4:30 p.m. for non-incumbents (new filers).  An incumbent is anyone serving in an elective office, even if they are filing for an office other than the one in which they are presently serving.
